Delicious Protein filled Vegan Tofu Pudding in 4 flavors - Chocolate, Peanut butter, Mango and Strawberry

Mango pudding
  • 1/2  packet tofu
  • 1/2  cup  Mango puree (Canned Mango usually available in Indian stores)
Peanut butter pudding (no sugar)
  • 1/2  packet tofu
  • 1/4  cup  peanut butter
  • cup  dates
Strawberry pudding
  • 1/2  packet tofu
  • 1/2  cup  Strawberry jam
  • fresh strawberries  (Optional - gives bright pink color)
Chocolate Pudding
  • 1/2  packet tofu
  • 3/4  cup  melted chocolate chips
  • 1/2  cup  milk  (Optional - to adjust thickness)
Mango Pudding
  1. Open a can of mango puree
  2. Add puree and tofu to a high speed blender. Blend & Serve

Peanut butter Pudding
  1. Add peanut butter, tofu and dates to a high speed blender and blend
  2. Serve
Strawberry pudding
  1. Add tofu, strawberry jam and fresh strawberries to a blender
  2. Serve
Chocolate Pudding
  1. Melt chocolate chips or chunks in a double boiler or microwave
  2. Add melted chocolate to tofu and blend. Add extra milk, if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
