For people with a not-so-sweet tooth, with just the right amount of sweetness.

No sweeteners!! That means - No sugar, no dates, no honey, no stevia, no artificial sweeteners

Servings: 6 pcs
  • 1 Large Banana (smashed with a fork)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter (If AB not available, use butter)
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  1. Preset oven to 350F (180 C). Mix all ingredients in a bowl. It will be like a thick batter almost.

  2. Line cookie tray with parchment paper. Place 2-3 tbsp of cookie batter in a scoop placed in even intervals.

  3. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Take the tray out and leave it to cool. Serve.

Recipe Notes
  1. I used the large US Chiquita banana - use 2 small bananas or 1.5 medium to replace the 1 large.
  2. Always use parchment paper while baking cookies - No wax papers or no Aluminium foils. Parchment paper has silicone - which means the cookie comes out easily without sticking.
  3. Always stay near the oven as it gets close to the end time (14 minutes onward). The smell is an indicator as well. You don't want burnt marks in the bottom, but you also want a well-done one.
