2-Ingredient Easy Flax Bar / Flax Burfi / Flax Squares
Add water and sugar to pan, bring to boil.
Once the big bubbles break off and just small bubbles remain (single string consistency), add the flax meal and vigorously stir.
Continue stirring on heat, until the flax move together in 1 lump. They will not stick to the sides of the pan anymore. Empty the mixture to a greased plate
Flatten with damp hand, score immediately. Let it cool, then remove the pieces. Serve!!
Tip ->> If you have whole flax, grind 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp whole flax to get 1 cup flax meal.
