I loved the podcast Swetha. I call it as a condensed form of your blog. You covered lots of topics. I have a request for you. Can you please do a post on Kids snacks available in market? That is comparatively healthy. My second one started middle school he does not want to carry any homemade snacks. We have hard time finding ‘clean’ snacks in the store. no/less sugar. no/less oil. Thanks so much.
Thank you Suja! Appreciate your kind words a lot!! I will certainly add kids snacks to the list of topics to cover.
Just initial suggestions, and maybe you have already thought of them: Good quality roasted peanuts (like Sikanders) or Phool Makhana (do check ingredients though). My favorite sweet bar substitute instead of the standard granola bars are chikkis (both sesame and peanut). I feel they are so tasty with just a few basic ingredients.
Happy to read your curd rice today in Google News.
Do u recommend ? a rice-less diet instead totally into Tomato Capsicum Carrot Beetroot Salads with Cord/Buttermilk topping with ample amount of fenugreek/Karuveppilai along with Hot Dal (Tuvar or Moong) for a typical Palakkad Musician in Mumbai… now mostly on online sessions….. trending…..less of tour n travel.
